We put a lot of emphasis on R&D and a certain amount of budget has been allocated to this department annually to enhance the existing product series and develop the new market segment by broadening the products capabilities. This department is headed by 1 QC manager and assisted by 2 supervisors. Due to the intensive market competition, we must continuously improve the product quality to ensure we always lead the market and maintain our market share.
